Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the cookware in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned items upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
